An European- trained University Engineer with more than 30 years of
managerial and technical experience on large agroindustrial projects. Expertise
covers project analysis and planning, plant design and layout, equipment
selection and installation, as well as operations management . Has led or
participated in numerous feasibility and cost analysis studies. World
experience spans more than 40 countries, including Africa, Latin America and

governmental organizations and international financing agencies, mainly in the
United State, Latin American and Africa. Specializes in the design,
installation, rehabilitation and operation of turnkey AgroIndustrial projects,

Benin, Ivory Coast, 1997: Feasibility study on new cottonseed oil factory,
Project sponsored by BAD (African Development Bank) which is financing the
project. The study included inspection of site and detailed evaluation of all
commercial technical and financial aspects of the project.

Honduras, 1996-1997: Project of two palm
oil mills financed by EXIM BANK (Malaysia) for a private local group. Project
includes important co-generation section providing sales of electricity to
country network and installation of a central palm kernel oil extraction
factory. The project includes supply of equipments for the associated palm oil
refinery and oleochemical project, which will use the palm oil and palm kernel
oil, produced by the extraction plants.

Argentine, 1995-96:
Preparation of a project of multilateral financing for one of the largest
oil-processing group of the country including modernizing of a cottonseed
factory (including ginning) and two multiseed (Soya and Sunflower) factories.

Benin, 1995-96: World Bank via a
Canadian consulting group. Restructuring prior to privatization of SONICOG:

Togo, 1995: short
mission tied to privatization of SONAPH
(Lome and factory at AGOU)

Company was eventually privatized.

Palmindustrie - Abidjan, complementary
reports prior to the privatization for the account of the World Bank who took
benefit of our presence in the area.

mills/refineries in Mexico and created a record of sales to at least 30
different companies in the region. Maintained close contact with equipment
